1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kj44 website and all associated services, products and features made available at kj44.bet (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kj44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). By accessing the Platform, completing registration, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

kj44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 2. Eligibility and Player Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on kj44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on kj44.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Use of the Platform on behalf of a third party or corporate entity is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law at the time of use.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent or close relative of an employee of kj44 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers or payment processors.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on kj44. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with forfeiture of any balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kj44 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified kj44 of unauthorised access. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings to protect against unauthorised login.

KYC Verification

kj44 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation from any player at any time. Documents typically required include:

• A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of registered mobile number ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad app showing the registered number).
• Any additional documentation requested by the compliance team to meet anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kj44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kj44 does not charge a fee on deposits made via any of our supported local payment methods. Third-party payment processors may apply their own charges independently of kj44.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on kj44 is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name — kj44 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are refused and returned where practicable.
• kj44 reserves the right to delay, refuse or reverse any deposit that is flagged by our fraud detection or AML systems pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from kj44 are processed to the verified payment method registered on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Players who have completed KYC verification receive priority processing — most verified withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes. Unverified accounts may be subject to extended processing times and additional documentation requests.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Any bonus funds linked to a withdrawal request must have met the applicable wagering requirement in full before the withdrawal can be processed.
• kj44 may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks or AML review. Players will be informed of any such hold by customer support.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kj44 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus winnings may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per payment method unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes fraud.
• kj44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error or misuse.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a given game or promotion.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on kj44 is subject to the specific rules of each game or market as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules take precedence for that game only.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

kj44 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed as a result of a system error, manifest pricing error or suspicious betting patterns. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, the decision of kj44's settlement team is final.

Void and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement has elapsed, kj44 will apply one of the following outcomes depending on the market type:

• All bets on the event may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Markets that have a clear winner at the point of abandonment may be settled using the result at that time, at kj44's sole discretion.
• kj44 will follow the official ruling of the relevant sports governing body where available as the primary reference for settlement decisions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kj44 and will result in account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account, including the use of a third party's identity or payment details to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with kj44.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or pricing mistakes on the Platform. Any winnings resulting from exploiting such errors are void and will be recouped by kj44.
• Engaging in money laundering, using kj44 to process proceeds of crime or depositing funds from stolen payment credentials.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing kj44 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

kj44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after being requested to do so by the compliance team.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• A reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, account takeover or any other illegal activity associated with the account.

Where an account is closed by kj44 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at kj44's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request without any breach, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

kj44 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is designed exclusively for entertainment purposes and is not intended as a source of income. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: players may set a maximum session duration. The Platform will display an alert at the end of each session period and require confirmation to continue.
• Self-exclusion: players may request a temporary exclusion (30, 60 or 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of kj44.

The kj44 brand name, logo and associated trademarks are proprietary marks of kj44. Unauthorised use of kj44 trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising copy or any commercial context — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kj44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings resulting from the unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or any cause beyond kj44's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the player's own decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal, uninterrupted Platform operation.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

kj44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kj44 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to player data at rest. 13. Amendments to These Terms

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team. Closing your account after an amendment does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the amendment date.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
